Definition of a special order:
A special order refers to a unique request made by a customer, encompassing specific criteria such as:
- Distinctive shapes (diamond, round, triangle, etc.)
- Customized dimensions (thickness, length, width, etc.)
- Preferred wood species (red oak, white oak, maple, etc.)
Procedure for placing a special order:
To initiate a special order, kindly provide comprehensive measurements. In cases where unconventional shapes are requested, like diamonds, triangles, or other designs, the inclusion of a template showcasing specifications is appreciated. The production timeline for special orders typically spans three to five business days.
Important Note:
Special orders are classified as FINAL SALE. Once processing has commenced, modifications or cancellations are not permissible, as the manufacturing process aligns with the customer’s distinct requirements.”
