We offer a 2 year warranty on all our staircase installation. This warranty covers the workmanship as well as the products.

A 50% deposit is required for all staircase projects. For flooring projects, the material is to be paid upfront and the remaining balance (for installation) is to be paid once the project is completed.

No, we do not provide a service where we come out to do the template for you. If you are installing the stairs yourself the templates must be made by you.

We accept cheque, cash, Interac and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

If the item ordered is standard "stocked" stair part and the order has not yet shipped we can have it canceled. However, if it has shipped then you must refer to our return policy. If the order is a "non-stocked" item, it is considered custom and once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled nor can it be returned once shipped.
